Every member starts with Operation Dinner - how to meal plan (and follow through) in 5 minutes. We eat dinner every day, and when you know what's for dinner, you have more brain power and energy to work in other areas (like "How Much Should You Spend on Groceries" or "Buying in Bulk with Sale Cycles").
Every month we break down a new topic into three 5-minute tasks in a short LIVE teaching session, followed by a Q&A coaching session. Everything is recorded and uploaded to the member area in case you aren't able to attend live.
We send email reminders on Mondays with the 5-minute task for the week, plus any teaching notes and/or worksheets to help you DO the task. This helps you stay on track without having to remember what to do next. Complete the task whenever it's convenient for you.
